Our goal is to let you see who we are.
That means the fun jobs and the routine ones. The repetitive maintenance work that rarely makes for a compelling thumbnail, but matters enormously to property owners in the long run. The family and the relationships behind the brand. Naz’s thinking — why we operate the way we do, what drove him to leave the big franchise model, and what we believe the industry owes its customers.
You’ll also get a real feel for the niche we occupy: Westside LA. Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, West LA, Pacific Palisades, Westwood. These are specific communities with specific properties, specific weather patterns, and specific challenges. We’re not trying to be everything to everyone across LA County. We’re focused, and the channel reflects that.
AI Can't Replace Actually Knowing Someone
AI tools are everywhere now. They generate content, answer questions, and summarize information faster than any person could. And we’re not against that.
But Naz, our founder, has said it plainly when it comes to his own standards for vetting the contractors and vendors he recommends:
“AI, robots, the Internet — nothing comes close to personal experience.”
He won’t refer anyone he hasn’t personally worked with. Their track record has to be proven to him, directly, before he puts his name behind them.
That standard cuts both ways. If Naz holds his own network to that bar, it makes sense that you’d want the same for the team you’re hiring.
