Meet the Team That Treats Your Property Like Their Own

At N.T.O.E., we talk a lot about treating every property as if it were our own. But behind that promise is something deeper, a team of real people who live by the same values at home that they bring to every job site and every client call.

N.T.O.E. is a family-centered business, and we mean that literally. We serve LA families and properties in our community, and we never forget it. The people who answer your calls, manage your projects, and show up when something goes wrong? They’re parents, caregivers, and neighbors. They are people who understand what it means to protect a home, because they’re protecting their own every day.

Here’s a closer look at the people who make N.T.O.E. what it is.

Meet the Core Team

Our administrative heart is made up of three powerhouse women, each balancing a demanding career with a full, family-first home life. They bring their whole selves to work and our clients feel the difference.

Alessandra: Office Manager & Second-in-Command

What she does:
Alessandra is the queen bee of the N.T.O.E. office. Everyone looks to her for the mechanics of the business, she holds the operational knowledge that keeps everything running smoothly. She’s Naz’s go-to person and the true number two in the company.

What she values:
Her children are grown enough to do their own thing, but Alessandra is still deeply involved in their everyday lives. Family stays at the center, no matter what.

Brianna: Administrative & Field Coordinator

What she does:
Brianna manages administrative work at the office and also gets out in the field. She’s the bridge between the office and the ground, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What she values:
A mom of two, Brianna knows what it means to juggle multiple responsibilities with grace. Family is her number one priority, a value that shapes how she shows up for clients every day.

Alexia: Administrative Support & Field Marketing

What she does:
At 27, Alexia is the youngest member of the administrative team, and she wears multiple hats. She handles administrative responsibilities while also supporting N.T.O.E.’s marketing presence in the field. She’s sharp, capable, and already making her mark.

What she values:
Being a mom is Alexia’s world. Her dedication to her child mirrors the dedication she brings to every task at work: attentive, caring, and fully present.

Renee: Field Supervisor

What he does:
Renee oversees all field operations, ensuring that every job runs the way it should. Soft-spoken but a true gentle giant, he brings a steady, reassuring presence to every site.

What he values:
Renee is the kind of person who takes responsibility seriously — not because he has to, but because it’s who he is. His calm, professional demeanor is something clients consistently notice and appreciate. (More on him below.)

A Team That’s Been Here From the Beginning

The administrative crew is just one part of the N.T.O.E. story. In-house, we run a team of approximately 16–17 employees — and beyond that, we work closely with a network of trusted subcontractors who have been by our side for a very long time.

Some of these partners have been working with N.T.O.E. since the very first day Naz opened his doors, nearly two decades ago. And within our immediate crew, four team members — Jose, Pedro, Alejandra, and Domingo — have been with us for about 17 years.

“There are not a lot of teams out there that actually have employees with that much experience who’ve stayed with the same company the entire time.” — Naz, Founder

When you hire N.T.O.E., you’re getting a team that has grown together, learned together, and stayed together, and that continuity shows in the quality of their work.

Values Passed Down, Paid Forward

A lot of what defines N.T.O.E. as a company traces back to a piece of advice Naz’s father gave him early in his career:

“You always have to know and have more — more education, more certifications, more licenses, more knowledge than any of your employees — so you can step in and fill their shoes if that’s ever needed.” – Naz

Naz has taken that lesson seriously. Within N.T.O.E., he personally holds the most certifications, the most licenses, and the most advanced training of anyone on the team. He wants to be ready to support them whenever they need it. That’s the family mentality in action: when someone is struggling or needs a hand, you step in. No hesitation.

As Accessible and Diverse as LA Itself

When a new position opens at N.T.O.E., the hiring process might surprise you. The initial interviews and selection are handled by the existing office team, not Naz. He steps in only for the second round, once the team has already found someone they love.

Why? Because for Naz, the most important thing isn’t whether a candidate impresses the boss. It’s whether they can work in unison with the team, as one family. The people who will be working side-by-side with a new hire every day are the best judges of fit. Their instincts matter more than any resume.

“For them to work together in unison, as one team — that’s the most important thing for me. As a family, I come second. First it’s them, and then me.”
– Naz

That philosophy means every new person who joins N.T.O.E. isn’t just filling a role. They’re joining a family — vetted and welcomed by the people who will become their colleagues, collaborators, and in many cases, friends.

A Team Member Who Makes a Difference: Renee

Naz is quick to acknowledge that his team amazes him every day. But when asked about a moment when a team member truly made a difference, one name came up immediately: Renee.

As field supervisor, Renee is often the first face a client sees when something has gone wrong — a flood, a fire, unexpected damage. And what he brings to those moments goes far beyond technical skill.

“His tone of voice, his attitude, the way he approaches the client, the way he calms them down when they’re dealing with a disaster — that’s paramount. Renee has that personality. He can assess the situation and calm everybody down so the customer can make the right decision at that moment.”
– Naz

That kind of emotional steadiness, in some of the most stressful moments of a person’s life, is rare. And it’s exactly the kind of person N.T.O.E. is built on.

This Is Who We Are

At N.T.O.E., we don’t just talk about treating your property like our own, we’ve built a team that lives those values every day. Mothers who know what it means to protect a home. Veterans who’ve been here nearly two decades. A leader who never stops learning. A team that lifts each other up. And people who bring calm to chaos when you need it most.

That’s the N.T.O.E. difference. And we’d love to show you what that means for your property.
